Lodging and Rental Rates
Lodge Rates:
$250/night minimum for up to 4 people, $60 each additional guest/night. $30 per child 12 and under. (no charge for babes-in-arms)
For individuals, rooms may be available at $135/night, 2 night minimum stay...
Holiday and Event Weekend Rates:
Same as regular rates with a 3-night minimum required.
5% tax applies to all rates.
Site fee for group events, prices vary, please call for specifics on your group or event. (For example, the site fee for a wedding generally starts at $1000.00)
1st night's deposit required ($262.50) to hold your reservation, refundable for 30 days minus $25 administrative fee. Balance usually due upon arrival, payable by cash, check, or credit card.
Credit card number requested against damage or loss, in lieu of damage deposit. Release forms need to be signed for those involved in active activities while visiting.
Pets: additional cleaning fee of $12/pet/day (Pet must be free of fleas)
Private riverside camping rate: $30 for the first vehicle per night. $12 each additional vehicle per night. 4-wheel drive vehicle highly recommended.
Canoe/Kayak Rental:
We have 8 canoes and 4 kayaks available with lifejackets and paddles. Rental is $42/day/canoe and $21/day/kayak. Lodge guests inquire for special rate. Deposits required by credit card against lost or damaged equipment. Release form required.

Weddings:
Basic site fee depends on a number of factors and can only be determined by talking together. Please give us a call and we’ll discuss your particular situation.
The site fee ranges from $500-3000 and cannot be determined without learning about what sort of wedding you would like to have. Deposits: Usually $350, refundable minus an administrative fee, for 30 days. The balance will be due 3 days before the wedding.
A very small wedding of up to 30 guests might be $500, and an outdoor wedding of 200 guests might be $3000. We listen to your situation and needs and go from there.
Site fees include preliminary site visits, number of wedding guests, type of wedding (alcohol or no alcohol for example), whether you plan to stay at the Lodge either before or after your ceremony, and how many people you think may be staying with you. There will be an additional flat rate for unexpected overnighters.
Site fees are affected by the number of outside contractors who will need to be involved. |
