RATES:
$200/night minimum for up to 4 people, $50 each additional guest/night. $25 per child 12 and under. (no charge for babes-in-arms)
5% tax applies to all rates.
Site fee for group events, prices vary, please call for specifics on your group or event. (Example: Site fee for a wedding would start at $1000.00)
50% deposit required to hold your reservation, refundable for 30 days minus $25 administrative fee. Balance usually due upon arrival, payable by cash, check, or credit card.
Credit card number requested against damage or loss, in lieu of damage deposit. Release forms need to be signed for those involved in active activities while visiting.
Canoe Rental: We have 8 canoes available with lifejackets and paddles. Rental is $40/day/canoe. Lodge guests inquire for special rate. Deposits required by credit card against lost or damaged equipment. Release form required.
Pets welcome: additional cleaning fee of $10/pet/day (Pet must be free of fleas)
Horse facilities being developed, riding trails now open.
RV's welcome. Water and 110 available, no disposal.
Artists and photographers: Capture Rockcliffe Farm scenes and display them for sale in the Lodge!
Writers and poets: For "Our Guests Contribute" page, share something you've written or been inspired to write while at the Retreat.
