Kitchen

The kitchen is big enough for a bunch of cooks at once. It has an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. There is a microwave, coffeemaker, electric coffee grinder, toaster, electric can opener, and an electric griddle. There is a blender and hand-held mixer. Wolfgang Puck pots and pans; all cooking utensils; china; stainless; and glasses sufficient for a group of about 18. Larger groups may need some plasticware.

There is lots of counter space and a moveable butcher block table.

We supply some basic condiments (salt, pepper, spices, some coffee, some sugar, small creamers), and washing-up supplies for off-the-road travelers. Pre-scheduled groups should bring their own coffee, sugar, cream, etc.).

There is also an energy-saver, water-miser front-loading washing machine, a dryer, and utility sink.

There is a propane grill on the patio.
